HOA Board Meeting December 12, 2022

Board Members Attending: Sasha, Brian, Morgan

Board discussed there will be a 10% increase in dues this year.

Board re-evaluated putting speed bumps in the neighborhood and voted against it at this time.

In response to turn lanes, it is not within HOA limits to contact about having turning lanes put in by the

main entrance on Lakeland highway. Community members should contact DOT with any questions/concerns about the turning lanes.

Board members revised verbiage of the first violation notice as per request from neighborhood members.
