Topics to discuss:

  • Budget done and put on website. Then make a post on Facebook
  • Easter Event- Easter egg hunt, bunny, prizes for best dressed (chalk, bubbles, recoil gift cards)
  • Elections in May, schedule a community meeting. Positions up for voting: VP, Treasurer, Secretary
  • Past due letters go out
  • Send out one more past due letter in March
  • April send most delinquent homeowners attorney letters
  • Get envelopes/letters for past dues stuffed and sent out- Morgan
  • Well Water HOA dues
  • Agreed with Walker’s Well Water that we will waive his HOA fees if he continues to give us the 2nd meter at no charge.
  • Take up past due signs
  • Ride around to follow up on violations
  • Order new flag- Brian
  • Picnic Table- Repair one and stain, move two tables to playground
  • Fix light out front of neighborhood
  • Cut tree past the round about
  • Community meeting dates: May 4 th , with backup May 11 th
