The association’s annual dues have changed over time based on board votes and budget needs. Below is a historical record of known dues changes.
- 2018: $110 annual dues (existing inherited rate)
- October 1, 2018: Board voted to increase dues to $120
- 2019–2021: $120 annual dues
- October 21, 2021: Board voted to increase dues to $130
- 2022: $130 annual dues
- December 12, 2022: Board approved a 10% increase
- 2023–2024: $143 annual dues
- 2024: HOA Approves Increase 2025 HOA Dues $157
- 2025: $157 annual dues
- November 2025 Board Meeting: Board voted to set 2026 dues at $165
